setting DI to be Trigger when a DO is triggered, doesnot work

Hello, The DAQMX drivers has an option to trigger AI channels when I start trigger on the AO channel. I have been using the above approach to syncronize the AI and AO data that I source out and capture.

I tried the same configuration on the DI's but they don't work.

In the above screenshot, I configure the DI to start when the DO/Start trigger is executed. But it doesnot behave so. I could see samples captured immediately after the start task is executed. The same approach have worked for me with Analog lines. Just wondering what is going wrong with digital.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
