NI-6581 FlexRIO adapter module - Can a single I/O port have some channel lines defined as inputs and some defined as outputs?

Hello,

I am using a 6581 Adapter module with 7965R FlexRIO FPGA module. The IO Module channel/Port CLIP allows for setting an entire port as either an input or an output, however I would like to set one channel line of a port as an output and the remaining seven channel lines as inputs, is it possible to do this ?
