NI 9411 DI - connecting encoder

Hi everyone!

I'm going to buy a miniature encoder. Here is specification:

Encoder's output is 4-channel differential squarewave signal.

Can I connect this encoder via NI 9411 module?

What should be the minimum edge separation? 

If I can't use this module then why? And what would be the solution?
