-12V or 12V to 0-5V for the PCI 6259

Hello everyone,

I want to acquire a digital signal (output of a comparator based on the TL084 op-amp) through my NI PCIe 6259 acquisition card. This signal represents a digital voltage that varies between 12V and -12V. So, I need to convert it to 0 or 5V to make it adaptable to the range of digital inputs on my acquisition card. I have built the circuit below to perform this operation. What do you think of this circuit? Can someone suggest a circuit that is better than mine?.

Thanks you.

Note: the realization of this circuit is difficult because the values of the resistors are a little particular and it does not exist on the market. That's why I'm looking for another feasible circuit.
