Hi,
First time in this forum so I'm sorry if I'm posting in wrong location!
Our lab is trying to record EEG signals synchronously with pain fiber stimulation. Our current set up includes a Digitimeter DS5 Bipolar Current Stimulator which is connected our PC through a National Instruments- USB- 6341 BNC. *The PC contains a DAPSYS program that allows us to run various stimulation protocols.
In order to epoch our EEG data, we need to be able to extract stimulation markers from the stimulator. Originally, we planned on connecting our stimulator directly into EEG amplifier (g.USBAMP by g.tec). However, the amplifier only accepts digital markers (and not the analogue outputs from the DS5).
Is there any other way to export these markers from the NI-USB-6341 BNC instead ?
Pictures of our set-up is attached for your reference.
Thank you!
