PCIe-6535 / PCI-6533 and ER-16

Hello,

Question...Is the PCIe-6535 DIO-HS32 compatible with the ER-16 relay boards like the old PCI-6533 was? I realize that I would need a VHDCI to 68 pin DAQ adapter but can the ER-16 board be driven as shown in the pic below but with the PCIe-6535 instead of the PCI-6533?
