crio with 9403 module for pwm output in FPGA

Hi, everyone.

I am trying to generate PWM signal by using crio + 9403 in FPGA.

However, the program does not go well.

For example, I can only generate 40 Khz PWM.

As another example, the motor does not works well in the case of duration above 15%.

Is there anyone who have tried this hardware configuration for generating PWM output?

How should I do?
