Using BJT as a switch for negative voltage

Hi,

I am using a NI-USB 6009 to control a pump which requires +12V at one terminal and -12V at the other. My plan was to use a BJT to switch the pump on and off by switching each terminal to ground. In this circuit when the voltage from the DAQ is high, the output is low and when the voltage from the DAQ is low,  the output is high(+12V).

My question is how would I replicate this switch for -12V? Thanks
