Hi,
I have a NI myRIO 1900 series and am wondering does the myRIO have the capability to vary resistance.
Back Story: I have a motor which I want to control the speed of with a digital slider output on the front panel of my VI. The speed is currently control by manually varying the resistance of a potentiometer on a motor control board. Can I remove this potentiometer and connect it directly to the myRIO in some way or will I have to get transducer (or something else?). I know the myRIO can vary voltage which would in turn vary the resistance when using a transducer.
Thanks in advance.
