cDAQ-9178 with 9219 not reading input

Hello everyone!

Unfortunately we don't have an active LABVIEW license, so our data reading/evaluation needs to be done in python. We started with a simple voltage channel (with a sensor that ranges from 0-10V for measuring distance). When following the quick-start guide (Using a NI DAQ Device with Python and NI DAQmx in Windows - NI) or creating a test panel in NI MAX, no matter what we either get the same reading (14.99V in Python) or nothing in MAX.

The error messages suggest increasing the interval between A/D conversions (in MAX using continous reading) Error -200019, but even with higher intervals the error changes to Error -200284 which again suggests increasing the timeout value.

Single readings lead to the same values as in python. The problem still resides even when changing the Channel of the cDAQ or the channel of the NI9219 or even unplugging the module or sensor. For pins we just use 4 and 5 (as documented). Even following examples in the API documentation (which use the same setup), we still don't get reasonable values.

I don't know if that is enough information, but i hope to resolve this issue asap.

Thank you!
